Cancellation & Refund Policy

Min and Max Fashions believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Your use of the website and/or purchase from us is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 days of placement.

To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Accessories are non-cancellable under all circumstances.

No doorstep cancellations are allowed. If an order is refused or cancelled at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued.
2. No Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason, including size issues or change of mind.
Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
3. Replacements
Replacements are offered only in the following cases:

The product is damaged, misprinted, or broken upon delivery

A video proof of unboxing must be submitted to our customer support

The replacement request must be filed within 3 days of delivery

A valid reason must be provided and verified by our team.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method

Refunds are not applicable for accessories, customized items, doorstep cancellations, or size-related issues
